I am a student of the teachings of Dr. William Howard Hay, creator of the Hay Health System and father of modern-day food combining. I have been studying and slowly adopting his suggested Regenerative Eating habits since August 2009 to dramatically improve my own health, and herein I hope to help others who are interested in doing the same.


One overarching theme common to all of the wonderful books Dr. Hay was kind enough to write is that improving the diet in certain ways does in fact reverse most health problems for nearly every single person who can adopt those changes as lifetime habits. He saw it on a daily basis for more than 30 years of clinical practice by treating every patient with merely varying levels of the exact same detox and diet correction methods, and regardless of their affliction the healing result was the same.


Every patient experienced at least some level of recovery if not complete relief from their symptoms. The ones who didn't have full recovery (besides those who wouldn't follow the food rules, of course!) were people who were too close to the end already... But even they showed some evidence of healing before their vitality was finally exhausted!


The bottom line: If you can get out of bed every day and have control of your own food choices, then it is fully within your power to slowly change your eating habits in ways that are certain to result in better health and more correct function, which naturally results in a much higher quality of life.


The "rules" may seem a little strange at first—especially when they contradict a lifetime of eating incompatible foods together and hearing improper advice on what constitutes proper human nutrition—but making just 1 fundamental change to the way we eat on a daily basis is all it takes to make a world of difference in literally all aspects of our health.


Consistently replacing destructive eating habits with regenerative ones quickly reverses all manner of mental, emotional, and physical health problems... From simple headaches and attention deficits to early cancers and psychoses, and everything in between.
