Are you eating life... Or is life eating YOU?

 

 

For all our advancements in medical technology, there sure are a lot of people in this world who are suffering needlessly from uncomfortable symptoms, odd aches and pains, premature aging and age-related debilitation, obesity, and many chronic conditions which seem to have no discernable cause and no idea or hope for a cure.

The estimated cost of medical care after retirement continues to grow, as does the list of named human maladies... Both with no apparent signs of letting up anytime soon.

 

What gives??

 

When studying the written works of William Howard Hay, M.D., regarded as the creator of "food combining" or observing Nature's laws and the human body's digestive processes, it becomes clear that internal body pollution resulting from daily incorrect use of food is the common background to ALL human diseases, disorders, chronic conditions and maladies…

 

And that correcting destructive food habits is usually all that's necessary to at least relieve if not fully reverse these myriad health problems, as well as to prevent them!

Food Mistake #1: Eating digestively incompatible foods together.

 

Carbohydrates (starchy foods and sweets) require wholly alkaline conditions for digestion, while animal proteins (eggs, meats, fish, cheeses) cause hydrochloric acid secretion in the stomach.

 

Anyone who paid attention in chemistry class should realize the problem here: Alkaline conditions cannot exist once acid is introduced to the system. Furthermore, the presence of alkaline material interferes with enzymatic activation required by the stomach acid, causing more acid to be produced than usually needed for proper digestive action.

 

When eating carbs and proteins together, neither of them gets digested properly, nor does anything else that was eaten in the same meal. The most damaging result of this behavior is fermentation of the carbs and putrefaction of the proteins.

 

This causes the body to assimilate rotten nutrient material which, over time, leads to the creation and buildup of acid waste in the bloodstream and tissues—otherwise known as "auto-intoxication."

 

Eating too much starch, sugar, protein, and processed foods
also contributes heavily to this constant self-poisoning,
as does ingesting chemicals including all drugs of any kind.

 

 

Food Mistake #2: Eating contradictory to Nature's functional indicators.

 

One very important part of Dr. Hay's research was determining that, aside from being Nature's preferred source of nutrition for the human body, fruits and veggies are alkaline foods which help the body cleanse the acid waste created by digestion of other foods and our own body processes.

 

Eating a preponderance of produce is crucial for the human body
to maintain peak functional capacity and ability.

The internal contamination resulting from years of continuous auto-intoxication combined with insufficient daily cleansing action is the chief cause of all of our ailments and maladies—from headaches to cancer—including obesity, fatigue, signs of aging & age-related debilitation, digestive troubles from entrance to exit, circulatory problems, respiratory issues, organ malfunction or failure, lost/reduced general function, even mental and emotional imbalances...

 

... Everything!

 

It seems too good to be true—that just eating differently could possibly reverse disease—but Dr. Hay proved it conclusively by helping thousands of patients heal themselves of every conceivable physical, mental, and emotional problem using only detox and dietary correction during 30 years of clinical practice...

 

Not to mention countless others who have used his books to guide themselves, including me.

 

Employing only some of the dietary corrections has had tremendous results for me so far: At age 38, I looked 45 and felt over 50. Now I'm over 40, I look closer to 30, and I feel 20! I effortlessly dropped 70 pounds in 7 months without starving, without forced exercise, AND without the saggy leftover flesh like we typically see when people lose weight so fast. My skin and muscle tissues are now noticeably more resilient, and my hair and nails are healthier and grow faster than ever before. Wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots are disappearing! I don't sunburn easily anymore, wounds heal faster now, mosquito bites no longer itch or even leave a mark, and some moles are vanishing, too. I sleep like a baby every night and have plenty of energy all day, I’m never sleepy after a meal, and I don't tire easily. I no longer suffer symptoms of IBS, high blood pressure, arthritis, or fatigue of any kind (except after strenuous exertion, of course, but that also dissipates much faster now). Even carpal tunnel doesn’t cause numbing in my hands anymore, but I’m certainly not typing any less...

 

Turns out, all this and more is to be expected by those who are able to correct their eating habits accordingly.* In Some Human Ailments Dr. Hay writes of the "monotonous regularity" with which sick bodies were restored to a higher level of health than previously known as long as there had been no nerve damage or structural damage to vital organs. Even in cases that were already too far gone for complete recovery, there was still evidence the body attempted to heal.

 

It is the RULE—not the exception—that adopting Regenerative Eating habits
will allow the body to heal many problems very quickly.

 

Dr. Hay determined that an average 4:1 ratio of alkaline to acid foods was needed to achieve and maintain the most perfect level of health possible. I currently hover just over 2:1 and all the healing benefits mentioned above have come along with no additional effort, I haven't had the flu or even a simple cold since I changed my eating habits, and I continue to notice more improvements all the time.

Even when my weight-loss plateaued recently for several months, my waist still kept getting smaller, I went down another dress size, and I lost another round of age spots. Improvements seem to come in phases like that, and noticeable changes on the outside are evidence of good things happening on the inside since the body functions as a whole.

 

I already feel like a kid again—I can hardly wait to experience whatever other improvements come

with adopting more Regenerative Eating habits!

 

Those wishing to learn more are strongly encouraged to read at least one of Dr. Hay's books to get a thorough and complete understanding of everything for themselves. My Regenerative Eating Guidelines e-Book represents my own interpretation of Dr. Hay's works and the eating guidelines as I understand and employ them.
