Dr. Hay's books should be used to determine exactly how to get and stay healthy thru correct use of food. I encourage everyone to read at least one for themselves. The materials, methods, and tools I designed and still use daily are based on information from several of them.

 

My Regenerative Eating Guidelines e-Book is a compilation of what I've learned from reading Dr. Hay's materials and from putting the food combining and Regenerative Eating guidelines into daily practice since August 2009. It is intended as a simple guide for anyone who wishes to see how easy and delicious it can be to know better health than ever before.

 

According to Dr. Hay, results like mine are yours for the eating.

 

My Tools for Success package is a combination of tools and materials I put together to help anyone stay on track and succeed beyond expectations. I still use the tools myself every day, and my materials are intended to help keep anyone motivated. I am also available to answer unlimited questions and offer helpful suggestions or guidance as needed via email with purchase.

 

For anyone interested in more personalized guidance such as customized menu suggestions based on the foods you like and how/where you typically take your meals (snacks and desserts, too, if you eat them), I can help for a fee but only with the knowledge and understanding on your part that I am not a medical professional, registered dietician, or certified nutritionist. I will only help you learn by personalized example how to apply the Regenerative Eating guidelines which you are choosing of your own accord to follow in order to achieve better health in general.

 

As no one can eat food or assimilate nutrients or feel the after-effects for another, all responsibility lies with the one doing the eating. I cannot ensure you are following the guidelines correctly since you are not under my care or supervision, and since the automatic and universal result of adhering to Regenerative Eating guidelines is better health, I can accept neither credit for your success nor blame for any manner of perceived failure.
