Our health slowly declines over the years, with more diverse problems popping up more frequently until most of us develop some chronic condition. This is the cumulative nature of autointoxication, with each new set of symptoms being more complicated and devastating to our remaining vitality.

 

The range of symptoms we exhibit is highly individualized depending on our genetics, heredity, environment, physical activity, and nutritional intake. This is why traditional therapies simply don't work for everyone—because they only treat symptoms.

While symptoms differ greatly between us, the cause is always the same:

 

"It's the FOOD, stupid!"

 

In the same way as our health declines over time as a result of making consistently destructive food choices more than any other reason, it will improve even more quickly as we continue to adopt and maintain more Regenerative Eating habits.

 

There will be longer and longer periods of wellness punctuated by bouts of illness here and there, until we realize it's been a very long time since we were last sick. The most perfect health comes ultimately when maintaining a 4:1 or better ratio of alkaline to acid foods and consistently avoiding acid-producing behaviors.

FOODMAGICK PENTACLE OF HEALTH

 

Mostly fruits and vegetables, a moderate amount of healthy fats, and a little milk or other protein and/or starch (but never these last three together!) is typically all that's needed for healthy daily food intake.

 

The poisonous effects of eating more than necessary, eating any processed, refined, or denatured foods, eating too much starch, protein, and sweets (and not nearly enough fruits and veggies), and eating miscombined meals over time all come together to create overlapping symptom complexes which form the basis of literally every human health problem, from headaches to cancer and literally everything in between.

 

The closer we get to maintaining a more correct diet, the less we suffer from any adverse issues of health—regardless of genetics, heredity, or environmental factors. The things we put into our bodies on a daily basis affect our health more than all other external factors combined, and much more dramatically as well.

 

Truly, we are what we eat...

 

If we also ensure proper hygiene, hydration, elimination, exercise, fresh air, sunlight, and sleep then we are set to live life to the fullest every single day... And for much longer than expected as well.
