Central Market Fresh Squeezed juices

Real, honest-to-goodness, fresh-squeezed RAW fruit and veggie juices and blends! These taste exactly like biting into the whole foods contained in them, just the same as if you juiced them yourself but without all the hassle.


Brad's Raw Leafy Kale chips

If Rhythym's kale chips set your mouth on fire, try Brad's instead. These have a more mild flavor that builds as you munch, without ever becoming too intense.


SweetLeaf natural stevia sweetener

I found another great stevia product, and in shaker bottle form woohoo! SweetLeaf blends their stevia extract with inulin, a natural fiber found in fruits and vegetables that also feeds intestinal flora for added benefit of improving digestive health. Inulin's sugar, fat, and flour replacement properties make SweetLeaf an especially great stevia product to use in place of sugar when baking.



Identical to Miracle Noodle, awesome carb-free Nooodle makes keeping pasta dishes compatible a cinch. Have these noodles with the richest cooked tomato sauce and any kind of meat you like—they're compatible!


IZZE sparkling fruit juices

Trying to ween yourself off sodas that are wrecking your teeth and body? Switching to IZZE is a nice way to transition and gradually make yourself more amenable to drinking fruit juices and water instead of "needing" that nasty soda.


Materne GoGo Squeez Applesauce

Several blends, convenient packaging, great chilled... What more can we ask for? Just be sure to read the ingredients list because some of the blends contain banana, which is not compatible with apple and other acid fruits.


Clif Kid Zbars and Zfruit

Made with organic ingredients and more natural sweeteners, the Zbars are a carb-fest for highly active kids. The Zfruit ropes are made from organic fruit purees with no added sugars, so these are compatible before or after protein meals. H-E-B also makes their own brad of wholesome all natural Fruit Twist (can be found in the produce section or where fruit roll-up type snacks are found).


Wholesome Sweeteners stevia and agave nectar

I was using Truvia, but then I looked at the ingredients list (duh!) and noticed that it is blended with erythritol, a sugar alcohol, making it incompatible with proteins. Others I checked were made using other carb sweeteners including actual sugar! Wholesome Sweeteners is the only stevia on my grocer's shelf that is blended with agave, which keeps it compatible for use with or after a protein meal.


Rhythm Superfoods Kale Chips
Another score for raw foodies, gluten-avoiders, GMO-haters, and anyone else who cares about their health. The 3 flavors available at an H-E-B near me are absolutely yummy-rific, so I'm sure the others are great, too!


Evolution Fresh pressure-pasteurized fruit and veggie juices
Raw foodies should love this! Jimmy uses a High Pressure Process to safely deliver Never Heated™ juices that retain their natural phytonutrients and enzymes. If you can't grow and juice it yourself, this is definitely the next best thing.


Welch's 100% fruit juices

Get the ones that say right on the label **Contains natural fruit sugars only, and of course always be sure to read the ingredient list. Should not separately list any sugar, syrup, or sweetener of any kind. TreeTop makes some good juices, too, but remember these are still pasteurized so be sure to keep eating plenty of fresh fruit daily.


Revolution Foods Organic Mashups Squeezable Fruit
Sounds a little like Frankenfood, but it isn't! Just good, unsweetened, puréed fruit in a little pouch—easy to pack for lunch or enjoy anytime. (Skip the Strawberry Banana since those fruits are incompatible with each other.)


Mott's 100% Juice Ice Bars
If you can't squeeze and freeze your own fresh fruit juice, this is a decent if pasteurized substitute—especially in this Texas heat!


Dr. Greg's Dog Dish Diet
Want to improve your pet's health, too? Dr. Greg's Dog Dish Diet truly is FoodMagick for your pets. Serving the stew with no carbs and with some raw veggies added has even healed my 9 year old female Rottweiler-German Shepherd mix's bad hip!
